Items purchased from Albriton’s Jewelry may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.In order to receive a refund or exchange, you must have the original receipt with you upon return of the item, and the item must be in its original and unworn condition.The item must be accompanied by the original box, with all warranty cards and explanation booklets intact.Closeouts, estate jewelry, special orders, custom pieces, and altered items (including ring sizing) are not returnable or exchangeable.

Watch Warranty

All new watches sold by Albriton’s are covered under the corresponding manufacturer’s warranty for the respective timepiece.These warranties range from two to five years depending on the manufacturer and model sold.Albriton’s will issue a two year warranty for any pre-owned watch, or watch that has been fully serviced by Albriton’swatch repair department.The Albriton’s two year warranty covers only the service work done on the timepiece.Albriton’s watch warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear.
